At Boutique Bargains 573 we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a regular basis. On occasion, certain items displayed on our site will be coming from over seas.  As a result of this shipping time will be longer for these items. 

 

Display

We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for a store credit. For more information regarding our return policy, please visit return policy. 

 

Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase or if the item is defective upon pick up or arrival after shipping. We offer porch pickups to our customers who live or are Perryville area and would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up within 14 days, customer will be refunded the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

 

If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide.

 

By selecting porch pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Boutique Bargains 573. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Boutique Bargains 573. Furthermore, Boutique Bargains 573 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
