We use USPS for all our shipping needs. Items are processed and ship out in 24-72 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and item comes in. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Boutique Bargains 573 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We do not offer International Shipping at this time. We strictly ship only to those in the United States.
In Store Pickup
We also offer an in store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items.
All items are eligible for pickup. Customers will be notified by email, or text when item is ready for pick up.
If items are not picked up within 14 days, customer will receive a refund for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. By selecting pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Boutique Bargains 573.
